The Craft Gradients embedded player (the “Embedded Player”) is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator and publisher of the Embedded Player disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, no warranty is made that the Embedded Player will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error‑free, or compatible with every browser, device, or environment. Any use is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying that the Embedded Player is suitable for your specific use case and compliant with your obligations, including accessibility, privacy, and security requirements.

In no event shall the creator or publisher be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses) arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Embedded Player, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Embedded Player, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use.
