1. Acceptance

By embedding or otherwise using the Craft Gradients embedded player (the “Embedded Player”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Embedded Player.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may embed the Embedded Player on your sites and apps to render visual gradients for end users.
• You may use it commercially.
• You must not interfere with, disable, or circumvent technical protections or usage limits.
• You must not use the Embedded Player in unlawful, harmful, or deceptive ways, or in contexts that infringe rights of others.

3. No Modification; No Re‑hosting

Do not modify, reverse engineer, or re‑host the Embedded Player or its assets. Use only via the documented embed mechanism and official distribution URL(s).

4. Service Changes

The Embedded Player may be updated or discontinued at any time without notice. Functionality and availability are not guaranteed.

5. Privacy

The Embedded Player itself does not set cookies or collect personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details regarding site analytics on the documentation pages.

6. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

Use is at your own risk and subject to the Disclaimer.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your ability to use the Embedded Player for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, remove it from your properties.
