Embedded Player License

This License governs your use of the hosted Craft Gradients embedded player script (embedded.js) and related shader assets delivered from the official domain(s) (the “Embedded Player”). It does not change or replace any open‑source license that may apply to source code you obtained separately from a code repository. Where you obtained the source, the repository’s license governs that source.

1. Grant of License

Subject to these terms, you are granted a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to embed and publicly display the Embedded Player on your websites and applications, including for commercial use.

2. Restrictions

• No Modification or Derivative Works: You may not modify, adapt, refactor, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Embedded Player, including but not limited to the JavaScript bundle and shader programs.
• No Re‑hosting or Redistribution: You may not copy, mirror, re‑package, redistribute, or re‑host the Embedded Player or its assets. Load it only from the official distribution URL(s) described in the documentation.
• No Removal of Notices: You may not remove, obscure, or alter any notices, attributions, or identifiers embedded in or accompanying the Embedded Player.
• Compliance: You must comply with applicable laws and third‑party rights (including privacy, accessibility, and intellectual property obligations).

3. Ownership

The Embedded Player is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the creator.

4. Availability and Changes

The Embedded Player may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Backwards compatibility is not guaranteed.

5. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

THE EMBEDDED PLAYER IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE EMBEDDED PLAYER.

6. Termination

This License terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination, you must cease all use and remove the Embedded Player from your properties.
